Terms of Service
1. The service
aimusiclist.com gathers songs that artists choose to make public on their own websites, plays them, and shows charts. Songs are streamed from each artist’s own site; we do not host music files. The service is free.
2. Accounts
- You need an account only for features such as saving playlists across devices.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
3. For artists
- Only share songs you have the right to distribute. You keep all rights to your music.
- By making a song public, you allow aimusiclist.com to list it, show its title, artwork and information, link to your site, and play it from your site.
- You can make songs private or remove your site at any time. Charts already published may keep their history.
4. Fair charts
- Charts count different listeners, not repeat plays. We may exclude plays or hold songs that look automated, bought or otherwise unfair.
- We may remove sites or songs that break these terms or the law.
5. Not allowed
- Uploading or sharing music you do not have rights to.
- Fake plays, bots, or anything meant to manipulate charts.
- Attacking, overloading or misusing the service, or harming other users.
6. Copyright concerns
If you believe a song infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the song link and details. We will review it and may hide the song while we check.
7. No guarantee
The service is provided “as is”. Songs depend on artists’ own sites and may not always be available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
